2.1 You should read these conditions carefully before using this site. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by the following conditions when using this website including use to access services or to purchasing goods from Alfa Romeo UK.
2.2 Any agreement concluded as a result of your use of this site will be stored electronically by Alfa Romeo. Access to this file is available on request.
2.3 You agree to use this website for your own personal non-commercial use.

4.6 The prices indicated for new vehicles are the list prices published to our dealer network, and which may be subject to change.
5. Amendments
5.1 We reserve the right to alter or amend these terms or any other terms displayed on this website at any time without notice by posting the modified terms on this website and any such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use and access of this website will be deemed to be your acceptance of the modified terms. (This will not affect contracts concluded on the basis of prior versions of the relevant terms).
6. Law
6.1 These terms of website use and any contract concluded with us for the supply of goods or services arising as a result of such use, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and us. If any part of these terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these terms will not be affected.
Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions
1. Terms used in this agreement
1.1 In these membership terms and conditions the following expressions have the meanings shown:
"you" and "your" refer to the Cloverleaf Member.
"we" and "us" refer to Alfa Romeo UK and the administrators of the Cloverleaf website.
"membership" and "account" refer to the facility provided by us whereby you are granted access to the member's only area of the site and where your personal details are stored.
"registration" to refers to the agreement to supply accurate information during the membership registration process.
2. Access to the Service
2.1 As a member of Cloverleaf, you are entitled to access the following services, including but not limited to:
a) Participation in membership forum according to the forum rules (see Forum Terms & Conditions);
b) Online Boutique, subject to availability;
c) Privileged offers and giveaways, subject to availability.
2.2 Access to these services is available through this website (cloverleafclub.co.uk) . The technical requirements to access the services are set out in section 2.3 below. Additionally, the technical steps which you need to follow in order to make payments to operate the service (where the service is not included with the purchase of your vehicle) and the technical steps to complete a contract for the purchase of goods on line will be set out on the relevant web pages. Any contracts concluded will be in English.
2.3 To use the services of Cloverleaf you will need certain equipment, not supplied by Cloverleaf. This includes a computer, an Internet connection, and the necessary software to browse the Internet and access emails. Cloverleaf is designed for and tested on the following browsers all run in their default settings: For Mac users: Firefox and Safari. For PC users: Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2. Performance on other applications cannot be guaranteed, and no assurance can be provided that Cloverleaf services can be used with any configuration of computer, software, and settings. The necessary programs to utilise Cloverleaf services are available for free on the Internet, and as such no refund can be made for any failure of your own equipment to receive, process, and correctly display Cloverleaf services.
3. Membership
3.1 The following terms and conditions govern the obligations between you and us relating to your membership and any goods or services supplied.
3.2 Our obligations to you:
a) Availability
While your membership account is open and not contravening any of the terms laid out in this agreement, Cloverleaf will grant you access to the members’ area of Cloverleaf via a unique username and password. While every effort is made to ensure that the site is available at all times there may be occasions when, due to unforeseen technical difficulties that may affect the server, the Internet in general, or other equipment, the site (including the member’s area) may be unavailable. Cloverleaf makes no representation that the member’s area will be available at all times and accepts no liability for any temporary unavailability.
b) Customer Support
Cloverleaf offers support to customers through a dedicated phone line (0844 870 0147) and dedicated email address (
cloverleaf@alfaromeoexperience.co.uk). Cloverleaf will respond to any support request within two working days, subject to the provision of a correct and working email address or telephone number. No liability is accepted.
c) Membership Account Functionality
Should you encounter difficulty accessing the restricted members’ area of the site, Cloverleaf will test your account within five working days of receipt of communication from you outlining the problem and providing your correct username/email address. In testing your account, Cloverleaf will verify that the restricted area of the site can be accessed over an open Internet connection using your login details. The Cloverleaf website has been tested with the following browsers: For Mac users: Firefox and Safari. For PC users: Internet Explorer 6 to 8, Firefox and Chrome. You acknowledge that you are aware of the fact that the settings and configurations of your own software and/or computer may cause problems accessing the restricted area, and that Cloverleaf Club cannot offer support or accept liability for such problems. Once Cloverleaf has verified that your account can be accessed using the appropriate software and settings it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary equipment and configuration to use your account. No representation is made that accounts can be accessed from any combination of computer, software, and settings.
d) Account Security
Cloverleaf will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your account is secure and that your personal details are not accessible to any third party operating in the normal course of business. Less sensitive personal information, such as your name, address, etc. will be accessible by you using your username and password via the Cloverleaf website over a standard Internet connection. Your Cloverleaf username and password may be sent to you by standard email and may appear on screens within the restricted area accessed with your username and password. Details of account status and date of termination can be obtained with your username only. Cloverleaf accepts no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any losses arising from loss of data or the compromising of sensitive data as a result of actions beyond its control, including (but not limited to) hardware failure, software failure, or malicious attacks by third parties. Cloverleaf must not and will not knowingly discuss or disclose your account or any of your personal details with, or act upon any request made in relation to your account by any person who does not provide your full username and password as proof of identity or account holder authority. Where login details are unavailable and cannot be retrieved, verification of other personal details will be accepted. Cloverleaf is obliged to monitor activity on your account, and if this activity suggests that your password may have become compromised, Cloverleaf shall be entitled to suspend access and issue you with a new password to reactivate your account in order to protect your personal details.
e) Accuracy of information
Cloverleaf will provide information that is correct to the best of its knowledge, and to follow up any notifications of errors in a reasonable timeframe. However, Cloverleaf cannot be held liable for any errors or inaccuracies in its databases, or any loss that may arise from a user acting on information provided by Cloverleaf. Inclusion does not constitute recommendation and any action you undertake in relation to any information provided by Cloverleaf is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
f) Membership Cancellation
Click here to be directed to the ‘Contact us’ form. Fill in the form and select ‘Membership cancellation’ from the ‘What would you like to talk to us about?’ drop down box. We will confirm to you once your request has been completed.
g) Account Misuse
Cloverleaf reserves the right to close without notice any account being used for purposes other than for the provision of information held in the members’ area to the individual subscriber. Possible forms of misuse include, but are not restricted to the following:
i) Data theft: information provided is for the benefit of the individual subscriber only, and must not be shared, published, or otherwise disseminated in any way;
ii) Incorrect information - if the information you provide about yourself is false or incorrect you may be denied access to your account or your account may be closed. This applies in particular to the sign-up process where the use of a false or inaccurate email address, or one which cannot receive emails from Cloverleaf, will render you unable to activate your account, for which we accept no responsibility.
3.3 Your obligations to us:
a) User Name
To activate your account and gain access to the restricted areas of the site you are required to provide a suitable user name. This should always be an active email address capable of receiving emails from Cloverleaf to ensure that we can keep you up to date with the latest news. However, if you do not have access to an active email address, you may choose another user name of your choice. Failure to use an active email address will mean that you are responsible for checking the Cloverleaf website for details of all news, offers and special discounts.
b) Database Maintenance
As a member of Cloverleaf you are required to provide notification of any errors you find in the databases, either by updating the information yourself in the "Edit my profile" section, or by contacting us through our dedicated phone line or email address.
c) Account Security
As a member of Cloverleaf you must keep your login details secret at all times and never share them with any other person. If activity on your account suggests that your login details have become compromised your account will be automatically suspended and you will be issued with a new password within two working days. You must not revert to your previous password, which may have been compromised.
4. Wish List:
4.1. Under the “Wish List” programme, a member may ask Alfa Romeo to grant a wish by submitting an on-line request. Alfa Romeo UK does not guarantee that any such request for a wish will be fulfilled.
4.2. By making a request for a wish, you agree as follows:
a) to participate in reasonable PR purposes activity should your wish be granted; and
b) to use the benefit granted within any time-limit specified by Alfa Romeo UK.
4.3. Alfa Romeo reserves the right at any time to disqualify any person who makes offensive, inappropriate or derogatory comments or otherwise abuses the “Wish List” programme
4.4. Alfa Romeo UK, at its absolute discretion, may grant a wish in whole or in part.
Forum Terms and Conditions – House rules
1. The forums on Cloverleaf are a place for open discussion. We're happy for you to talk about anything, and of course we’d prefer it if it was about Cloverleaf or Alfa Romeo, but this is your space. Please stick to these terms and conditions to help keep the forums safe, fun and friendly for everyone. An official moderator will keep an eye on the forums, but if you think someone isn't following the rules, please let us know and we will investigate. Next to each post on the Cloverleaf Forum is a report abuse link. If you click this link and add a description of the abuse, a member of the Cloverleaf team will look in to the issue.
2. About your posts:
a) Be polite and respectful to other members. People of all ages use our forums and if you feel someone's being rude or offensive in any way, tell us straight away.
b) Be relevant. Try to make sure any messages you post are relevant to the topic. If they're not, simply start your own discussion.
c) Be clear. Read your messages through before you submit them to help avoid any confusion.
d) Be careful. Anyone and everyone can read your messages, so don’t divulge any personal details you wouldn't want everyone to know, especially address and bank details.
e) Be direct. If you have a complaint or a query to raise with Cloverleaf Club or Alfa Romeo, we might not spot it in the forums. However, you’re guaranteed a response if you contact us directly either at

f) No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
g) No spamming or off-topic material: we don't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.
h) No advertising or impersonation.
i) No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
j) We are happy for our members to link to any website provided it meets our editorial guidelines. Cloverleaf Club reserves the right to remove links at any time.
3. About the law:
a) You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature in the Cloverleaf Club online community. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.
b) Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
c) You agree to only submit materials which are your own original work unless owner's permission is received and / or implied by linking back to the owner's content. You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy and publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
d) The views expressed in the Cloverleaf community areas are those of members of the public and are not necessarily those of Cloverleaf, Alfa Romeo or its affiliates.
4. If you breach these Terms of Use:
a) If you fail to abide by these terms Cloverleaf may remove your submission. Cloverleaf will also send an e-mail that informs you that your submission has been deleted or edited.
b) If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to the site or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour which Cloverleaf considers to be serious and/or repeated, Cloverleaf may use all available information about you to stop any further infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school, Internet service provider, or law enforcement authorities of the infringement.
c) Cloverleaf reserves the right to delete any Submission, or take action against any forum account, at any time, for any reason.
d) This action may include your relevant forum account being placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of Community areas.
